A new Asian American pop artist is bursting out on to the music scene. Viennie V is a fiery and very talented vocalist who I would definitely add to my top ten asian american artists to watch in 2012.

Some quick searching led me to YouTube where I found out that Viennie V started to release music around September of last year. Her first few singles had a pop-rock, old school feel but recently she’s been rocking out to a much dancier and edgier sound.

The song/music video that caught my attention is her latest single, “For You.” Channel APA wrote a supportive article on her and from there, I’ve been a fan and supporter ever since.
